What you get

Cost and pricing

  • One-time customer onboarding fee of $50, no additional fee for adding servers.  See chart below for specifics.
  • No annual fee. After the initial onboarding, only monitoring fees apply.
    • $10/month per server, minimum of 3 servers
  • Pre-paid support packs are available to allow a skilled technician to remediate for managed services.  Used in 30-minute increments, starting at $450 for 3 hours.

Monitoring Offerings

  • Unmanaged monitoring – simple! Basic monitor that will send an email if alert is triggered. If you don’t already have a monitor system in place, this saves you the work of setting it up.  This offering does not include an active response other than sending automated alerts to you.
  • Managed monitoring – Initial, immediate troubleshooting will be done by us, and escalated to you if needed.  A support pack is required because each incident will be logged with a ticket and by a technician.
  • Managed monitoring plus Updates – The most proactive solution to avoid issues!  Operating system updates, either Windows or Linux, to be managed and applied in a maintenance window that you define.  A support pack is required, and backup monitoring is included to ensure that a rollback is possible.

Endpoint examples

  • CPU monitored and trigger an alert when sustained above 95% utilization
  • Disk space monitored and trigger an alert when above 95% consumed
  • Web address latency monitored and trigger an alert when the site is not accessible
  • A particular named Windows service stops

*Servers without the monitor agent will be limited to public-facing services, such as web servers or VPN entry point. The monitor agent can check internal metrics like sustained CPU utilization, low disk space, when a reboot has occurred, and others. Additional servers are $10/month each.

**Mobile device notifications are limited to apps compatible with the Zabbix system.
